Survivors guilt is normally found in war
We all feel it now
We get angry
We fall into denial
We fall into grief
Sometimes pain is too raw
To ever forgive
We place blame
Because it takes away
The pain and fear
And sorrow in our loss
The day the stones collapsed
Our hearts became burdened
The bird of Complacency
Set itself aflame
And emerged the Phoenix of War
We all heard its cries amongst our grief
And the bird of Sorrow
Set itself aflame
And became the Phoenix of Compassion

About Me

My photo
I've been Bama since before Myspace, but I've matured, I've toured bits of the world. I'm searching for a place to call home-- but in the mean time, I'm having a great time figuring out the world, finding out who I am in it, and learning all about the people and places in between.
